A cinematic lifestyle film for Meriton’s Iconica, capturing the sophistication, scale and elevated lifestyle of its landmark Surfers Paradise development.
Meriton is one of Australia’s leading property developers, known for delivering large-scale residential developments. Iconica is its luxury residential tower in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.
The objective was to translate Iconica’s luxury positioning into a lifestyle-led film that went beyond showcasing the development itself. The creative needed to communicate a sense of sophistication, scale and aspiration while connecting the property to the experience of living on the Gold Coast.
Ravel partnered with director Damien Bredberg to craft a cinematic lifestyle film centred around a day in the life at Iconica. Following a couple from first light through to dusk, the narrative creates a natural framework for exploring the rhythms and experiences of elevated coastal living.
Refined cinematography and considered pacing were used to create a sophisticated visual language, balancing intimate lifestyle moments with a sense of scale. The result positions Iconica not simply as a residence, but as an aspirational way of life in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
